We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly loved the rich history of this place, with its stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings. The two swimming pools were a hit with our grandsons, who had a blast splashing around. The highlight of our trip was definitely dining at the Power Plant restaurant. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was second to none.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

My husband and I stayed in the spa wing for a few nights. The room was spacious and the bathroom, although could use brighter lighting, had a window that added natural light. We appreciated the absence of a tub in the bathroom, making it easier to navigate. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Kelsi who went above and beyond to assist us. We loved the unique system of transportation between the two resorts, which was also very accommodating for wheelchair accessibility. The convenience, proximity, and historical ambiance of the hotel were all excellent. The food at the 1875 restaurant was top-notch, and our waitress Christy was attentive and professional.
We do recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right next to the railroad. This means that you can easily hop on a train and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, there are plenty of activities nearby, so you will never be bored during your stay. The 1875 Restaurant in the hotel offers delicious meals that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. And if you're feeling lucky, you can try your hand at gambling in the casino.
The only downside is the lack of a map or layout of the resort. It can be frustrating trying to find your way around without any guidance.
